Depending on the bounty owner, the judging pool will be opened for that specific bounty when the bounty is in progress. You will be required to stake your tokens during the judging period (which will be returned after the bounty is closed). The staked tokens will become your voting power during the voting period. First, you will submit the request to become a judge. Then, the backer, bounty owner, and team will select the judges to represent them. If you are not selected, your tokens will not be staked.
